Management

At Vital Medix Nigeria, we place more premium on learning new things. We operate an open system where each staff member’s views are treated as equally important. Our strength lies in the amorphous nature of the organization. All personnel are encouraged to learn the workings of the whole structure. We do not encourage a rigid adherence to a particular job description. We discourage beaurocracy. Our informal operating environment is an asset because information dissemination and subsequent action are faster due to the absence of red tapes. Our appraisal system leaves no room for laziness and generously rewards hard work.
